BRONGKOS,is the food delicious

                                     Bronkos

Previously, my brother is a big fan of food that one is, every time my mother would always ask for memesak sister cooked Brongkos complete with occupants of Boiled Egg and chicken pieces, or it could be a young cow bone.

Brongkos is the cuisine of Yogyakarta's most rarely wander into areas outside their home. At first glance like rawon (East Javanese food), but the sauce is thicker because it is cooked with coconut milk, and the spices were more complete. The presence of Tolo beans and tofu in this dish makes it even more different from rawon.

In my opinion, including foods that are easy brongkos preferred. First, because it makes it feel fresh berkuah cuisine, especially in the often sweltering tropical nature. Second, because it consisted of beef, beans Tolo, and know that it is a popular food ingredients like people.

Yogyakarta Recreation,the window of Yogya

YOGYAKARTA (often also called Jogja, Yogyakarta or Yogya) is located in the middle but slightly to the south
Java Island - Indonesia, where much anything that is still cheap. With 200rb, you can be here one day.
You can stay, eat traditional cuisine of the famous, and
rent a bike to explore the beaches are still virgin and temples
aged thousands of years old.

A millennium ago, London was the center of a prosperous ancient Mataram kingdom
and has a high civilization. This is what founded the Kingdom of the Borobudur Temple
which is the largest Buddhist temple in the world, 300 years before Angkor Wat in
Cambodian. Other relics are the temple of Prambanan, Ratu Boko Palace, and
dozens of other temples that have been restored and are still buried in
underground (see Tour Temple).

For some reason, moving the center of Old Mataram Kingdom
government to East Java in the 10th century. Magnificent temples that was
not neglected and partly buried by the eruption of Mount Merapi.Tak material Jogja back soon dpenuhi dense forest.

Six hundred years later, Panembahan Senopati establish Islamic Mataram Kingdom
in this region. Yogyakarta once again to witness the great history of the kingdom
master Java and beyond. Islamic Mataram kingdom was left
traces of the fort in ruins and royal tombs in the town which is now known
as silver center in Yogyakarta.

Giyanti treaty in 1755 dividing the kingdom of Mataram Islam became
Kasunan based Surakarta in Solo and Yogyakarta Sultanate
set up his palace in the city of Yogyakarta. Kraton (palace) is still standing
until now and still serves as a place to live the sultan and his family,
complete with hundreds of courtiers who voluntarily runs the tradition in
the middle of changing times. In the Palace, every day there is a cultural performance
puppet show, gamelan, Javanese ballet, etc..

Yogyakarta today is a place of tradition and modern dynamics runs
side by side. Yogyakarta is home to the palace with hundreds of loyal courtiers
its traditions, but also there is the University of Gadjah Mada University which is one
one of the leading universities in Southeast Asia. In some communities in Yogyakarta
living in an agrarian culture is thick, but there is also the student with
pop lifestyle. In Yogyakarta there are traditional markets and handicrafts
while standing next to a mall that is not less crowded.

At the north end of Yogyakarta, you will see Mount Merapi stood gallantly
as high as 9738 feet. This mountain is one of the most volcanoes
active in Indonesia. Traces the fierce eruption of Mount Merapi in 2006 could
witnessed in the village of Kaliadem, 30 km from the city of Yogyakarta. Landscape style Mooi
Indie nan green expanse of rice fields and Mount Merapi as the background
can still be seen on the outskirts of Yogyakarta.

In the southern part of Yogyakarta, there are some very exotic beaches. The beach is the famous legend Parangtritis with Nyi Roro Kidul, but
Yogyakarta also has natural beaches in the beautiful South Mountain. You
could see the beach Sadeng which is an ancient Solo River estuary
before the powerful tectonic forces lifted the surface of a part of Java Island
south so that the flow of the river turned to the north as it is today. You
can also visit the beach that has 250 lines Siung rock climbing, beach
Sundak, and others.

Yogyakarta has a temple
Prambanan towering 47 meters tall and is made by hand 1100 years
before. It's very unusual if we imagine how the Javanese formerly hard-working type.

Unique combination of ancient temples, history, tradition, culture, and
forces of nature makes the Yogyakarta is worth visiting. Site YogYES.COM
will help you plan a visit to Yogyakarta and enjoy the charm
The best of this place
